Loved this resort!!! There was so many pools, and food options. The food was actually good. The drinks are great. It was super close to the beach and the staff was very helpful always. The resort is huge, there is shuttles that can take you to different places.

We have just returned from an unforgettable 8-night stay at Finest Punta Cana, where I vacationed with my wife and our 7-month-old baby boy, and I can honestly say that this has been the best all-inclusive resort experience we have had so far! From the very moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The bellman team and reception staff made an excellent first impression, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional vacation. Traveling with a baby can sometimes require extra attention and flexibility, but throughout our stay, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. One of the first things you notice about Finest Punta Cana is how incredibly clean, well-maintained, and beautiful the entire property is. From the pools and guest rooms to the breezeways, common areas, and amenities, everything is kept in outstanding condition. You can clearly see the maintenance team working continuously behind the scenes, making improvements and paying attention to the details that keep the resort looking its best. However, what truly makes this resort stand out is its people. The service provided by the waiters, waitresses, bartenders, and the entire team is what transforms a great vacation into an unforgettable experience. Randy, Andreina y Lelena at the buffet. Property was beautiful, bigger than I had thought. To use the full amenities of the resort you must travel by golf cart, which was fine. Pools were nice and clean, swim up bars were great ( maybe a little understaffed ), but still got what we needed. Staff kept the beach area clean and nice. Room service was scheduled and delivered on time, Rooms were clean and kept up even when asked to come back at a later time. We made reservations at 5 restaurants and food was excellent! Julio helped with our excursions and was awesome to deal with! Check in and check out process was hassle free. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Room 4015 was very dirty, Lisselotte and Edwin the best in entertainment dept. Francisco - Super service at Dorado restaurant Cesar excellent concierge siempre pendiente de todo.

Excellence El Carmen was nice and the staff was very accommodating! Need food service on the beach! More food options! Rooms need a thorough cleaning! Patio furniture needs to be replaced or cleaned for stains! Towels need to be replaced for rooms and the beach! Seaweed was not cleaned up enough on the beach!
