(36 reviews) The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. It wasn’t ideal but a huge thank you to the staff who helped a couple of times to carry it dow ln with me. (151 reviews) We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in instead of 2 days later. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we enjoyed Happy Hour (2 for 1 drinks) and ate dinner 2 times at the pool bar that had a casual menu with many choices. There were no other dining options and many guests left the resort in the evening to go out to dinner. It would be nice if the beach shuttle had longer hours for guests to go to dinner at the nearby Caybeach Princess affiliate location that serves a nice buffet. We liked the location of this resort and would stay there again.
