Grosses Walsertal Biosphere Park Romantic Holidays

Amazing. This is a wonderful hotel!

Amazing hotel, extremely freindly staff from moment we arrived till we left. The breakfast was great, bar and cocktails great. The wine tasting evening was a surprise but really great value and high quantity food. The pool and spa with fitness was nice, only wish the pool was a little warmer. Other than that it’s a great hotel and the restaurant across the road with traditional Austrian food was also amazing and part of the hotel too. So if stating do try it out

Das Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön. Wir hatten ein erholsames Wochenende.

Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category.

We ordered a double room but it was only set up for one person (towel and single quilt) Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff quietly and efficiently got on with their work, in a friendly fashion and a smile!

A beautifully equipped hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning location. Gorgeous food with a wide choice & variety & the most helpful of staff … especially Vaslav? on Reception ….. he is a treasure … so helpful & so genuinely lovely. Thank you Vaslav for making our stay so special.
