The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were huge, the entertainment guys tried there best to get everyone involved, especially ameel, sorry if spelt wrong, the bar staff were great, the highlight of our holiday was the lifeguard Hassan, from the moment we arrived he took an interest and advised us where to sit etc, he helped me when I was ill and prepared a vip area for my wife on her birthday, he also helped my daughter to learn how to swim and showed my son how to swim a lot better, every day he greeted us with a smile and we looked forward to seeing him

The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok.

I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.
