Nice room and grounds. Balcony w bistro table/chairs a nice touch. Restaurant was in renovation so not much on premises food but located in heart of restaurants and coffee shops so not a problem. Beautiful hotel.

I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
