Tower suites is an amazing place to base yourself in Reykjavik. We had a gorgeous suite with panoramic sea views and some views of the city, which were stunning. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Requests were answered promptly and efficiently. Parking was never a problem, there is a small charge 8am-4pm mon- Fri. But free on the weekends. Which suited us as we were out exploring most days. The room was well equipped and comfortable. It had nice bedding, a mini fridge, kettles and nespresso machine. 2 tv’s, in room safe, walk in wardrobe, living area and breakfast bar. Lovely rainfall and handheld shower. Also lovely deep bath in the bathroom overlooking the city. Bathrobes and slippers were included. Also nice shower amenities such as shampoo, conditioner etc. Breakfast was also very good, great quality, always delivered promptly and was always plentiful. The timings were also flexible which worked so well for us. All in all, we had a fabulous stay that was made all the better by the lovely staff members Raul and Aira and their wonderful customer service.
We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our return trip.

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful; the location was perfect for all of our activities as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Shopping was all around us. Definitely will stay here again if we go back.

The room was not clean. Specifically the bath room and tub had black something coming out of the drain and jets. Also they promoted rooftop hot tubs but neither of them were operational. Food was not that great in the restaurant. Overall we were not happy with our stay. We complained to management for some sort of compensation and they have ghosted us. Very poor experience. Would not recommend staying here.

This, in my opinion, is the best hotel in the world. The mix of ultra luxury without over pampering you is amazing. The mini bar is complimentary with unlimited refills. The surroundings and lagoons are beyond breathtaking. In the last 3 years I've been there in November I've seen the northern lights every time. I have never felt closer to nature while at a hotel. The outside world disappears and you are more relaxed than you've ever been.
The only 10/10 I will ever give.

The blue luxury apartment is very well located and easy walk to downtown sites. Main things to watch out for:
1) no parking on site but convenient free to low cost street parking nearby.
2) very limited toiletries. Only 2/3 roll of bathroom tissue provided for 6 guests and 4 towels for 6 guests. Bodywash and shampoo in shower was empty. If you plan accordingly it isnt an issue but was a surprise for us.
3) the unit got warm and no easy way to cool. No fans in room and some of the wall thermostats were out of battery and unclear what they controlled. We had to sleep with all windows and outside doors open which was ok minus the bugs
4) kitchen is well appointed but you need to provide all ingredients
5) poor communication with hosts - i emailed several times and never received replies.
6) no elevator and to get to apartment plan to walk up steps. Not an issue for us but if you struggle with steps could be an issue
