Great staff clean and quiet close to chech in for flight

First, the pluses. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms had been cleaned. When we needed items, they got them for us. They would not send a shuttle to get us from the airport because we landed at 11pm. We asked for connected rooms but got two rooms on different floors. One smelled strongly of smoke though we had asked for nonsmoking. Both rooms’ couches had food stains and cigarette burns in them. Bedding seemed clean but was stained. When we used the bathroom sink bugs crawled up out of the drain. Bathrooms were very tiny. The biggest issue seems to be with long-term maintenance of the property. The public areas seemed nice, but the rooms weren’t very good. We would not recommend going there.

Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price of the room was good. Not too keen on the amount of mirrors, think it’s to make the room have a larger feel. Quite cramped. I wasn’t happy to find the roof space locked until the cafe opened. And the door at the end of the corridor. Only way out during the day was the main entrance. I did think food and drink to be expensive, but I suppose it was Jakarta and to be expected. Shuttle service to the airport was excellent.

Safe, Quiet, New, Clean, Breakfast Buffet with room excellent, convenience store on site, lovely pool & exercise area, somewhat near to the airport for easy transportation. Would stay here again. Thanks Hotel Osaka.

The distance to the airport wasn’t 5 minutes like it was mentioned in the Expedia apps, it was 10 minutes. Flooding in front of the hotel The color of the towels was too dark for white towels The pillows and pillow covers didn’t smell nice, maybe they haven’t been replaced with new ones so I can smell the sweat coming out of the pillows and covers. The Shuttle bus wasn’t free for online bookings, this was supposed to be informed beforehand. I’ll never go back there or will never book a 1 star hotels anymore.
