It's a cute and cosy hotel right next to the ocean. Gorgeous views day and night. Breakfast was very impressive and with lots of varieties to choose. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Not sure about the rest of the hotel, the room I stayed, the shower needed some maintenance work. The draining was slow and the doors couldn't closed with complete seal so the water goes out. Be prepared for the small size of the single room, but it was enough for me, especially when I didn't stay in the room during the day. Staff friendliness was mixed. Some were extremely friendly, some were not helpful, but would say 90% of the staff were very friendly, kind, respectful, and willing to help.

The room had a small window but the sea view was wonderful. The hotel was well located within walking distance of the main sites and near several good restaurants and bars. The breakfast room was a very nicely decorated and comfortable space with a good range of food served. There were several seating areas and of course the large church within the premises. Unfortunately the bedroom and bathroom had an unpleasant and worrying smell especially the bathroom and perhaps we should have asked to be moved to another room. The supply of toiletries was small and limited and the bar of soap was removed on the second day although it had hardly been used. Luckily there was another bar of soap available but it seemed wasteful.
