Camp John Hay Pet-friendly Holidays

The good things first. Check- in to this property was smooth and quick, unlike when I tried to check-in at Tower 3, a week earlier. The staff are very nice and professional. The room itself was as described. It's a small one bedroom with a sitting/dining area, balcony and the washing machine and drying rack made it easy to do laundry. It was a 10 minute walk to Mall of Asia and there are shops and restaurants in the differed tower buildings, as well as nearby. The bad things. The room was not clean and hadn'tbeen in a while. There were dead bugs on the floor and live bugs crawling around the bathroom and kitchen. There was dust covering every surface, too. The internet was off when I first got there and did not come on until the next morning, then it went off in the evenings of my last two nights staying there, but it was restored within two hours of me contracting the host. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallway where my room was. I suspect it was from the cleaning chemicals being used, but it made me gag. If not for the those negative things, my stay would have been more pleasant.

Terrible

My stay in Nobu Hotel in City of Dreams was a wonderful experience. Spacious, clean room. Very efficient and courteous staff. Expansive casino area with good variety of slot machines and table games. The buffet breakfast was great! Check-in and checkout was easy.

Everything was perfect for my stay!!

I wish the Women’s Sauna was working. Otherwise, everything would have been perfect. Though the front desk who checked us was great.
