The hotel was nice and having air conditioning during the summer in Bucharest was a life saver. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff were polite. The only two complaints I had were the fact that the curtains were not blackout curtains at all. My room would get very light in the morning, which wouldn't be a big deal except that the hotel says 'blackout curtains'. The other complaint I had was mosquitos, of which there were several in my room. Woke up with mosquito bites every morning despite keeping the windows closed (not sure if they open). Other than that, very nice hotel and would stay again...just with bug repellant or a bug zapper.

Not bad! Price was great. Location was great for accessing old town other areas. Pizza place almost next door was great.

While the hotel isn't convenient as a tourist, it is easy to get around using scooters. The hotel is very nice. Alexandra at check in and check out was extremely nice and helpful. If not for her I probably would have given the hotel 4 stars.

The studio was clean, well located and generally comfortable, and communication with the property was mostly fine. However, I was disappointed that a washing machine was listed among the facilities but was not available in the apartment. I checked in on Sunday and only found out on Thursday, after asking where it was, that it had been removed because of a problem. I was told it would be resolved that day, but this should have been communicated at check-in rather than only after I asked. For a stay of several nights, this can be an important facility. Also, after I informed the property that I would be leaving early, housekeeping arrived before I had confirmed that I had actually checked out. It would be better to confirm the guest’s departure time first. Overall, the property is good in terms of cleanliness and location, but the listing should accurately reflect the available facilities and the check-out communication could be improved.

Good price for this location considering the inclusion of a good breakfast.
