We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. "The staff was immensely kind and helpful and contributed to make our stay the best. Tom gave us some great tips for places to go.
There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time.
We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains.
The hot pool was enjoyable.
The bungalow was clean and cosy."

"Our stay at Chapa Ecolodge was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile.
The cabin lived up to the online photos. It was clean, comfortable and well kept with breathtaking views from the cabin and around the property.
The food was very good, with lots of options and the free breakfast was also enjoyable.
The location is perfect. Close to Sa Pa but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley. Our only complaint would be that...
