Gran Canaria Pet-friendly Holidays

Room was clean and recently decorated, the hotel is inside and unused shopping centre and is a very strange layout, the staff are all friendly and helpful, I'm sure when the renovations are complete on the common areas of the hotel it will be nicer. The hotel does not do half board even though it is listed in this site

We spent a fantastic week at this delightful hotel. It has a charming intimate ambiance thanks to its relatively small number of rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful - . they take the trouble to get to know your likes and dislikes and no request is too much trouble. The hotel is magnificently situated overlooking the south coast from its eyrie on Mont Leon. The pool and terrace are beautifully placed to take the best advantage of its views. There are some well maintained and interesting gardens to explore with discreet areas placed every so often to relax in solitude. There are pool, table tennis, patio chess and table football to entertain if too much relaxation proves difficult! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening meal menu was changed every day offering some delicious dishes to explore... and it was a great treat to be able to try all the interesting cocktails on offer during the day as we relaxed by the pool. A truly luxurious and relaxing spa retreat at a very fair price.

Rooms were super clean, hotel was laid back and quiet, food was a little restrictive for a vegetarian. Overall hotel was worth the visit. Only reason not a 5 is the small things. Looking to charge for everything above all including - 1€ to get a clean towel, €2 to use the safe, no replenishment of coffee or water in the room…. Should just do all-inclusive and not worry about making an extra €10!

The food was not the greatest, but the breakfast options were always enjoyable. I found the glass/mirrors throughout the property always smeared & greasy. And the bars in the more convenient places often closed. Housekeeping was lovely and always made sure we had water in the room.

The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone entertained and create a lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the food, facilities, entertainment, and hospitality. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

An exceptional hotel with staff that are the ultimate hosts. Meticulously maintained, rooms were great, with a free breakfast at your door each day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely going back again
