The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico and had such a positive experience here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
