Beautiful jungle hotel! Fernando is an excellent host along with attentive staff members. Food is excellent and location is easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and detailed with perfect lighting. The living room and bedroom each has its own mini split AC. Bar on site as well. Very clean and safe! True gem to get away from it all.

If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Special Thanks to Kasandra and Oscar . They made our stay exceptional, they very attentive and caring.

Lovely holiday spent at the hotel! It blends into the scenery perfectly. The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful and charming. The only issue (that effects the area) is mass tidal seaweed which slightly ruins the aesthetics and the water between about April - July - worsened, no doubt because rising ocean temperatures

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

The resort is clean and the location is excellent. Overall the food is ok , it’s decent but nothing to brag about. Most of the staff is very pleasant and friendly but their sales people ( time share ) are extremely aggressive and don’t take no for an answer. We were told it would be a casual 90 minutes pitch with no commitments but it was far from the truth . Their sales people and their supervisors are incredibly rude and condescending. When we told them no because it doesn’t benefit us , they kept pressuring us to sign up and tried to make us feel bad about wasting their time . That is the only reason why we would NEVER go back to the Wyndham Grand All inclusive resort. Do yourselves a favor and avoid those scammers ( sales & marketing ) at all cost if/when you go there .
