The reception staff was very rude, especially evening one. I requested 2 beds, but they only gave me one. I was told they were deducting x amount of money, but they deducted more. Someone else's room service charges were attached to my room.

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

Handy location close to China town, and Darling Harbour. Whilst rooms were clean the hallway and areas outside of lifts didn’t look like they had been vacuumed or dusted for a while. Water jugs and water stations are a great idea. Bar area was vey nice and great value happy hour prices. For the amount we paid for this hotel I was somewhat disappointed as it was nothing special. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
