This huge property was located in downtown Lisbon, near main attractions, metro and trains. The staff was very helpful with reservations and communications was prompt and efficient, yet not AI like replies. It is very quiet, the kitchen is very well equipped. There are grocery stores nearby to buy food and cook there. The fact that it has two full bathrooms was so great (our apartment anyway). Appliances are all in great working order and instructions are easy to follow. We loved the washer/dryer combo! Mattresses are very comfortable. Overall one of the best places I’ve stayed at in all of my extensive travel. My adult daughter, travelo g with me, did not want to leave! Thank you for everything.

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and very clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating

Bit expensive for the location and services . There’s no staff onsite but prompt communication by host via text. Services messaged us our breakfast each day despite being told of our preferences. The host refunded the breakfast fee but it caused us inconvenience each day as it added extra time to go a local shop before our tour started.

I really liked everything about this property. The elevator was not working and we had to use the very tiny service elevator. Other than that it was an extremely charming hotel!

Nice hotel, breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all.
