The only problem I saw was the bathtub. It's very deep. Grab bars seen necessary and steps or some way to get out of it would be good. It could be dangerous for some people.

Rooms are super clean and nice.

I stayed with my mum for 5 days and I would definitely go back! Staff were so nice and polite and always with a smile on their face! Really nice variety of breakfast with a big buffet and great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A Beautiful building. The staff was extremely helpful and many of them were speaking English. The room was spacious, with very modern sophisticated switches. I do recommend to try them all… The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and a warm comforter. The spa with an indoor and an outdoor pool is on the top floor. We tried the massage and all 3 ladies were excellent. The food was good but not excellent. If I ever get a chance to return I’ll definitely will…

The room was not ready at all. No bathrobe no slipper no shampoo (wrong bottle of lotion instead of shampoo in the shower. The phone is out of order so I frequently shuttled to reception... and coffee machine is not working from the broken cap... those were not fixed until check out.. Room view is blocked by surrounded buildings... not happy with it..

No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

We were only here for one night, but the staff were all exceedingly friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, comfy, and cozy. The hotel is also in a very walkable part of the city, not far from the central train station. I would certainly stay here again.
