Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location within the Walled City! The greenery around the courtyard and pool area was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also loved Época restaurant attached. Highly recommend!

This hotel was exactly how I thought it would be - an absolute paradise. I stayed here with my best friend for spring break and it was all I could ask for. Amazing amenities, incredibly helpful staff, and an atmosphere of paradise. Thank you Casa Lola - I will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a big difference in our experience. The property itself is unique and charming, with animals around that added a special touch—especially enjoyable for families and kids. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and fresh options each morning. The swimming pools were also a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, a great place to stay. We would definitely come back!
