Everything was great, we had everything we needed and staff were very helpful.

Only downside was staying during a heatwave, because the AC unit is by the entrance and the bed is in a separate part of the studio, so it was insanely hot at night and hard to sleep. In normal temperatures 5/5, but in a heatwave only 4/5. (If the hotel sees this maybe invest in some standing fans?)

Excellent position, good kitchenette facilities , staff service is by internet of phone but return calls were always handled ptomptly.

Great hotel near San Salvario, major museums and Porto Nuova station. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good and nutritious, and the staff was friendly. The gym had basic equipment convenient for a good workout. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Torino.

I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic makes no sense: if I didn't know how to use it, I wouldn't have entered effortlessly the first time. I didn't force anything, I am not a giant. We tried normally and immediately called for help. While they argued a malfunction would have failed on the first try, the reality is that locks and keys experience wear and tear at any moment. When I refused to pay for a mechanical failure, the staff member insisted on charging my credit card on file anyway. I had to explicitly state that I do not authorize the charge and that forcing it through would be considered fraud. Only then did he finally back down and claim he would "appeal with Expedia" instead. Watch your statements carefully if you stay here. Management will resort to bullying tactics until you stand your ground.

Nice location

Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected.
