I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The facilities were top-notch, and every area of the hotel was clean and well organized. The atmosphere throughout my stay was relaxing and pleasant, making it easy to feel at home. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Friendly welcome - excellent location.

We had a great stay at J Hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for Juventus fans. The hotel is beautifully Juventus themed with shirts, signed memorabilia and club items displayed throughout, which makes it feel very special. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The location is perfect for visiting the Juventus Stadium, museum and club shop as they are right next door. The hotel also has a Juventus merchandise shop inside. We were kindly offered free breakfast, which was very tasty with a good selection. There is also a restaurant and bar on site, along with plenty of seating areas, luggage storage, a gym and parking. The hotel is very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Our room was excellent with a small balcony, large and comfortable bed, floor to ceiling windows, a large TV showing football channels, a fridge with complimentary water, a desk and a spacious wardrobe with a safe. The bathroom was modern and stylish with a large rainfall shower, bidet, heated towel rail, plenty of towels and good amenities. Heating and air conditioning both worked very well. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, so you will need to use public transport, a taxi or drive. However, public transport in Turin is affordable and easy to use. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money.

Everything and everyone at this hotel was excellent. Its position is ideal, on a Main Street , perfectly situated for all attractions with many shops, bars and cafes on the doorstep, with the train station literally 2 minutes away. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and effective. Our room was a good size, of a high quality and had all amenities expected. The housekeeping staff were all very polite and approachable and maintained the room to an exceptional level. The breakfast was possibly the best I’ve experienced in any hotel - large selection and excellent quality. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wow! This hotel experience was one of the best ever. The staff, particularly the reception clerk and the butler for the suites property, were beyond attentive, helpful, and supportive. The room was incredible, but the service was over the top!
