Clea and large room!

I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. Staff were great. Hotel was quiet.

Had some parking. Could walk to beach and shopping if you weren't mobility impaired.

We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!

The room was very spacious and clean .

I like the room it has a tv also its close to Sopot Plaża and stores/restaraunts (walking) and the employees were nice

I didn´t like that they charged me for every bag I left in custody after checkout.
