4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Visited this hotel many times but this time was just awful! All 3 days there was no air conditioning in the room that resulted in really poor sleep. The shower was either super cold or super hot and the breakfast is as dull and boring as it always has been. I also requested the possibility to use wired internet but it’s completely random what rooms have this. The WiFi works but gets overloaded quickly when many guests are using it. Been using this hotel for the last two years and it’s never been as bad as now. Absolutely considering a new hotel next time. The rooms are nice but that doesn’t help much when the facilities don’t work as expected.

The only thing I didn’t understand was, why you didn’t have 2 channels on you tv with English speaken language, ? That I think was not good when you have people from other countries? Else I think everything was good

Flott hotell i rolig område
