Excelente experiencia en Fenix Beach. Todo estuvo genial: la atención fue muy buena, la comida deliciosa y el ambiente espectacular. Es un lugar hermoso, perfecto para pasar el día, relajarse y disfrutar. Sin duda volveríamos. ¡Súper recomendado!

Spacious room with balcony facing the street which was both a plus and a minus. On plus side was the view of the action and hotel location. Street noise throughout most of the night prevented a restful slumber. Breakfast choices were good but little variety day to day. Staff is amazing and quite helpful. I’d give them an 8 out of 10 overall.

Great stay at Casona del Colegio. The hotel is beautiful and room was spacious and comfortable. But our room faced the street and despite being soundproof it was quite loud at night with party goers, shouting and music blaring (it’s not the quietest street in town). Even in the morning the city’s cleaning crew made lots of noise. We also had sporadic issues with no hot water and low water pressure. The staff were always incredibly kind and helpful though. Offered solutions like earplugs (which helped), changing rooms to a courtyard facing one and fixed the water immediately when we called

Estaban en remodelacion y en varios momentos se oian los taladros

The hotel is amazing and the staff are caring. The only inconvenience we encountered was delays in the golf cart services to get our bags to the lobby and the catamaran having technical issues which meant we arrived via speedboat. The hotel staff helped resolve the catamaran issue quickly and refunded us a portion. Amazing stay overall.
