Beautiful property with a beautiful view. The pool was under maintenance but we survived. Bring groceries or order online as no grocery stores nearby. Great being located near a Metro, just a short walk. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. It's perfectly located within walking distance of the main attractions, as well as plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and cafés. The staff were exceptionally helpful and genuinely welcoming. That may sound like a given, but we travel frequently, and every member of the team went above and beyond our expectations. Both the restaurant and the coffee shop offer good-quality food and drinks, making it easy to enjoy a meal or a quick coffee without leaving the hotel. I would highly recommend The Darcy and would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast and close to everything. The property needs a little up keep but otherwise great! We'll be coming back!

Worst experience ever. They overbooked our first night, so moved us to a different hotel, and then said they would refund our stay for the first night. I even have an email from Westin stating this. Now they are NOT refunding the stay. Hotels.com says they can't get a hold of the hotel, but every time I call, someone answers, and they DON'T WANT TO SEE THE EMAIL. I ask the hotel the status of my refund, and they keep telling me someone will get back to me. Both the hotel, and Hotels.com have been TERRIBLE to work with. Will never use either in the future.

Definitely think this hotel should be labeled 3 or 4 stars instead of 5. How wore down it looks in like the elevators and certain places. Staff super friendly though! Love free the coffee and unique selection of teas but that area was always quite messy and no trash can to throw away items in that area even though I brought it to their attention prior that the trash can was missing.. not sure if its worth 40 dollar a day amenity fee prob wont stay at this location in the future

They say they are 4 star but I’ve been to nicer 3 star hotel. The quality just wasn’t there, the front desk couldn’t even break a $100 for tip money. Room keys kept failing and security seem lacking but Georgetown is as safe as you get in DC.

The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. They responded via text right away to our requests. We used the outdoor pool every day during our stay. The pool and the immense outdoor space makes it worthwhile and special.
