"PAT OUR WAITRESS was the best.!!!!! The food is great!!!! ,WILLIAM he was in charge for cleaning the room #541 was excellent too. Everything was good except, the coffee in the lobby is no free ,the cost is 2 dollars. Is my first time I see this."

"The property on the outside was beautiful but inside the rooms needed help. They have a pest infestation and they can’t help you until 7AM. I woke up to water bugs/roaches on the kitchen counter and multiple centipedes on the walls and shower curtains in the bathroom. There was also a large roach on the wall in the bedroom that I had to kill. On top of that different flying insects in the house. I was able to kill some of it. Thank God I was only there for two nights. No refund was offered or no kind of incentive given but an offer to move to another unit when I had less than a day left for my stay. I experienced all of this the first night up until I checked out. They need to fix this issue fast!"

"Repeat stay at a great spotThis trip was our second occasion to stay at this location. The house is located in a local neighborhood inside a gated community, behind the Wight Bros Memorial. Convenient to many attractions, grocery stores, restaurants; but peaceful if you just want to sit on the dock of a canal. The house was extremely clean and the amenities were as advertised and in proper working order. One of our needs is a pet friendly house; and, the host is very amenable to allowing dogs. When we decide on a time to visit the Outer Banks again, this place will be the first I look to book.As with our first stay, we have no negatives to report."
