The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very large and had everything we needed. Super clean. The only complaint was that the dryer did not dry our clothes appropriately. Also, you cannot get breakfast there unless you order the night before. No other facilities on site for eating. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I highly suggest it!

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The Thalasso Spa was definitely the highlight of our trip—it was so relaxing and made our stay even more special. We can’t wait to come back again. You're basically getting a fully furnished apartment with a full size fridge, AC, washer and dryer. The bathroom is basically a walk in shower with curtains separating the toilet – nothing fancy but fully functional. No room or linen service, so it's up to you to keep it clean. Just like at home. It's cozy and roomy (by Japanese standards) and convenient and it's up to you to make it what you want.

Clean quiet and easy to get to.
