The extra $29 amenities fee was not mentioned when the room was booked either on the IHG website or Expedia. This should be included in book as a required fee.

The place is a shell of what it once was. They did not give me the room I ordered. The front desk staff was never trained properly. very disappointed. Will most likely not return

The property was beautiful and all staff were excellent to deal with. Arrival was a mess by personal car though. There is no pull in and cars were parked everywhere in the street. We had to circle a few times to get close to valet. They did finally approach our car and had us wait in the street for an open spot. They assisted us with luggage and waited for us to check in to accompany us with the luggage cart to our room. We were offered a cocktail as we waited to get checked in. Unfortunately the pool closed at 7pm and we were unable to use it. Overall we enjoyed the hotel but felt a heads up on arrival by car would have been helpful.
