The interiors are stunning — elegant, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every space feels luxurious yet welcoming, and the attention to detail in the décor and ambience is remarkable. The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking beautiful surroundings, outstanding food, and exceptional service.

Being from the US, the hotel was the perfect German charm we were looking for. Common area and room was clean and all the employees were very helpful and friendly… and spoke English, which was a plus!! Fantastic German breakfast was included in our room fee. We also had dinner at the attached restaurant. Food was German fare and was wonderful, as was the staff.
