(308 reviews) After staying at 35 different properties throughout Spain leading up to this visit, I was disappointed in the service. The communication regarding my luggage and booking a spa treatment was non existent. The service at breakfast was dismal. There were cobwebs hanging in my bathroom ceiling. I was actually quite shocked at this considering it was one of the more expensive hotels I’ve stayed and yet had the worst service. I don’t usually wrote bad reviews, but felt this one was needed. In addition the hotel is 2.3 miles, a 50 min walk to the main square. No shuttle.
