Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous European style hotel. We actually had two rooms and one with the bed and another with sitting area. Downstairs was very nice. There was a bar with Life music. Also great areas to sit and enjoy the evening. Lovely hotel highly recommend.

I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life

Phone key did not work for the entrance the entire time of our stay. Had to walk to go get a physical key - fine for me, but hard for elderly parents. No option to deliver the key was provided, which is an inconvenience for $700+ per night hotel room. Otherwise, the hotel room itself was great - remember that there is no elevator.
