Asian Side Kid friendly Holidays

Dry hotel. Staff was helpful and meals were tasty. We were there with 65 other people for a wedding, all checking in at the same time and only 2 receptionists. When we were checking out, several people got charged for the same other people's "left over charges". My husband paid for them, and then they charged our niece for them as well when she was checking out. That is frustrating, and there was a communication barrier, so we will followup with management. All in all it was a nice hotel for the price, and as mentioned the staff was friendly.

We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Moda! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his phone in the taxi, the staff acted very quickly, contacted the driver, and helped us get the phone back. We really appreciated their kindness and quick response! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the area felt very safe. The metro was only about a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop around 10 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. Our only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet option. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
