We loved the location, close to everything

The temp in the room was difficult to control. The bedroom was like a blast furnace and the rest of the rooms were normal. It was very unpleasant.

The walls are paper thin. Very noisy You can hear the people next door. Management said they’d bring up a white noise machine and never did.

The Omni Parker House is a charming choice for anyone who values history, character and an unbeatable central location. They have a friendly service, classic décor and excellent location, with the hotel putting you within easy walking distance of Boston Common, the Freedom Trail and many of the city’s main attractions. The main drawback is that the hotel’s historic character comes with some compromises: rooms can feel small and dated, and bathrooms have only a screen door. Overall: A good pick if you want a historic Boston experience, atmospheric surroundings and a superb location, but less suitable if modern rooms and contemporary facilities are your priority.
