(41 reviews) The location is close to the center in a quiet area. The grounds are very nice and the pools are clean. The rooms are of decent size but our bathroom was rundown and the minibar described as a refrigerator was in fact a malfunctioning old minibar. Overall, the hotel inside bears wear and tear and qualifies it to no more than 3 stars. Manager Grigoio was very cordial and helpful and did his best. (24 reviews) Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. I like that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily without being asked, but l still had to ask for some basic things, like making sure bathtub had been cleaned thoroughly (even after leaving a tip) Overall, the pools were wonderful. Very roomy. There is an indoor pool that leads to outdoor area. Massage jets and exercise equipment in the pools. The saunas were great. The mud and massage packages were great and rejuvenating. If you are on public transport beware that the bus doesn’t run well in Abano. You will have to take a cab to the Montegrotto Station, which is about $17 for a man 8 min drive. Did l mention the cabs are overpriced here? All in all, l would definitely come back. Btw the food at the hotel is scrumptious. (21 reviews) I'll start with: I cant find a single bad thing i could say about Due Torri in Abano Terme. Everything was just great. Staff was the politests and the helpful of all I have ever encountered. Rooms are fantastic. Spa services are very pleasant. Hotel has a doctor who can advise you which spa services are to help you. Swimming pool is really warm and pleasant. It contains thermal water, and although its big size, its not for swimming, but for relaxing and enjoying the spa machines, such as baths (inside pool) water current, waterfalls. Breakfast was pretty good , i'd give it 4 out 5\. Lunch and dinner we didnt try. For those of you with bad backs, matresses are extremely comfortable. Cleaning is 5/5\. Many shops and restaurants around. You can rent a car as well as return it directly at the hotel reception. They use europcar, and i think there is no extra charge for getting it from hotel. And final advise: my gps (iGo) couldnt find route to this hotel, because its surrounded byr pedestrian area. So when you get closer change to bycicle mode in your gps, it will then make a route available.You can still drive through pedestrian area, but very slowly.
