The staff were brilliant -Sandro at breakfast and Maria Sara on reception, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Probably some others as well but I didn’t get the names. Would stay again.

What a lovely hotel, in a wonderful location. I definitely would stay here again. Wonderful amenities. The breakfast had fantastic options for everyone. Fantastic hotel right on the beach. The spa was lovely, my Mom and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room. I took my Mom for her 80th birthday celebration and I already told my husband that I can’t wait to come back and bring him and the kids in the future!

The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and helpful. The bedroom was well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is not great as there is absolutely nothing around it. It is well connected to Bologna via bus (about 25/30 mins from the centre) which as advertised does stop immediately outside the premises. We had hoped to have dinner on the Sunday evening as we had a very early flight on the Monday morning. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday despite being advertised as open 7 days which was disappointing. There wasn’t much activity in the hotel and the bar area wasn’t staffed as such and was a bit soulless and uninspiring. The cost of the hotel was much the same as others which had more amenities around them.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

This is a four star hotel so much more was expected! The woman at the front desk was rude and intentionally antagonistic when asked the simplest question. Our card key expired EVERY SINGLE DAY! The font door would slam EVERY time someone went in and out the entry door. This happened at all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep through the night. The stairs in the room are very dangerous and obviously not per code, if buildings codes apply. I would not recommend this hotel. The four star rating is severely exaggerated and should be reduced to 2!! Disappointed!!
