The staff were all amazingly helpful and so incredibly kind from the moment we got there. The hotel is beautiful, great decor, vibe, and location. Cool bar and swimming pool. The perfect location to explore the area, or a base from Portofino- Cinque Terre. The hotel location is 10/10 to walk to all beaches or restaurants.

Our check in was very disappointing. The room was very small so I request an upgrade which I was happy to pay for- the receptionist explained they had a room but it was being cleaned, for us to go enjoy lunch and come back to sort it out. On our return they had sold the room to someone else. Hotel location is nice, rooms tiny and old/ worn. Beach set up in also very small with sun loungers crammed together. the beach is lovely. Stay in a proper hotel and come use the beach!
