The bar/lounge at the top of the hotel was not operating. We were definitely out of season. There is a smoking room up there that we were able to use. Staff helped out by turning on the heaters for us.

A great place to stay for one night! The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. The on-site saunas were a nice bonus. We met Spasoje at check-in, and he was an excellent receptionist—very knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is located right in Santa Claus Village, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast was also great, with everything you could expect. Highly recommended!
