Northern Anatolia Kid friendly Holidays

In the bathroom water was leaking from above on to the toilet. Reported it to the front desk and they did nothing.sometimes when I used the toilet I fell on it. The electric kettle was burnt it was sticky.

The housekeeping was not great. They come super late in the evening. Some days they would make the beds but not take the room service trays away. We would need fresh towels daily cause they on my give 2 towels. And the shower floods because of the slanted shower floor. Room service staff was rude on several occasions. I noticed that when ordering over the phone they place orders for the more expensive item when there’s 2 of the same items.
