"Beautiful château! The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. The grounds surrounding the château are stunning, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. We saw a hare and lots of birds, which made the setting even more special. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but everything was delicious and of excellent quality. Honestly, I didn't want to go anywhere else—I just wanted to stay at the château and enjoy the peace and tranquility."

"The property looks like a classic Chateau from the outside but is finished miserably on the inside. If you like shag carpet in hallways, polyester velvet contemporary chairs, uninspired decorations, and strong smells from cleaning chemicals and paint then this might be the place for you. Otherwise keep looking. Staff was ok during our limited interaction, but did a poor job of communicating after we decided to move on."

La Chartreuse de Dauzac"An amazingly beautiful property and building. I can not say enough how wonderful our stay was and how caring the staff were. If I have to be picky, I do wish they had a fridge in the rooms or one that could be used by the guests in the kitchen (this is helpful if you are traveling with babies or small children). However, everything else was fantastic! Please also note that they close the pool at 6 pm."
