The amenities were amazing and the food was OK

Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!

Very convenient place to stay in Korcula Island especially for families with children as the place offers great access to the beach, an infinity swimming pool and taxi boat to the old city. I recommend this place; it would be slightly better if the place would offer additional sports activities during the day and more activities for the kids. However, overall, good experience and recommended.

Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. When the room was finally “ready” they forgot their broom after rushing out. The AC didn’t work the first night. Using their phones to call reception was confusing. They provide a tv in the room that doesn’t work. The pull out couch was broken and couldn’t collapse so the room was tiny. The drywalls are falling apart. The room smelled. They had a fan due to lack of AC or weak AC. They said AC doesn’t work if any windows are open? They fixed the AC the next day. The restaurant we went to took a long time and forgot an order, so waited even more. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. Infinity pool was good. They didn’t have towels ready when we arrived. They don’t seem to have enough staff for the amount of people there. They have campgrounds so there are many campers in tents and RVs that also use the amenities. The location is convenient as you can take water taxis to different islands. Make sure to bring cash for water taxis and shuttle bus into town. Kids babysitting/daycare was fun for the kids. Overall, convenience was good. Service was lacking.
