Chianti Region Kid friendly Holidays

The grounds are amazing but the service and experience from staff leave alot to be desired for the 4 star rating you should expect. The reception staff was not friendly or very welcoming. More like we were a bother. We were told to settle in and retuen for a prosecco and tour. She basically walkes ahead of us leading us to the reataurant and then disappeared. We had questions but she never came back. We upgraded our room But weren't told anything about the room , lights, TV, mini bar sauna or spa. When we got tired of fumbling around I called the front desk they sent a staff member that also didnt know how to work the spa but eventually got it going half way. Then he told me not to use it because the room below was sleeping. I tried calling the reception again but they basically said there is no one to help you now. It was 10pm. after that they just didnt answer the phone. Dinner was a disaster. A bossy waitress and mediocre food. I would not recommend staying here. Great potential zero hospitality. Even when asking it was a yes or no. Check out lady didnt even say thank you. Just handed me a receipt.
