The staff was very attentive as soon as we stepped out of the taxi we were greeted by Richie after that we check in with Karla in the VIP area as Expedia customers we had exceptional service. Our concierge Oswaldo Diaz gave us excellent service and arranged a romantic dinner for us on the beach. We celebrated 30 years of marriage. We had our own personal waiter (Margarito) for two hours on the beach. He was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. We ate at Da’ Mario two nights we had one of the best waiters Jose Luis Rogar. He went beyond and above from start to end. All the staff were friendly and attentive.
