Mexico and Central America Kid friendly Holidays

The property itself was great. Good location and easy to get around. Ronna and facilities all in good order. The let down was the food and the outlet. We stayed for 9 nights. During our stay two of the restaurants were closed for Reno’s at the same time. As well the variety wasn’t very good. Felt like the same items being used over and over with a different sauce. We essentially lived off wings and fries for meals other then breakfast. This was the big disappointment. This was our 4th trip to cancun in the last two years. Unfortunately the food here was by far the poorest in variety. We felt bad. The staff were excellent the resort was maintained and clean but the food side was a major let down. Even the authentic items were dialled down a bit and lack that little extra that we associate with Mexican cuisine.

Everything about the stay was great. Especially great staff! Everyone so kind and when asked to help out with anything we need in the room the team was on it on a timely manner.

This resort is for the older crowd. Although you're able to go to the other resorts, if you're looking to party this is not the resort. I would say 45+. The food is okay. The only place that was good to eat was the steakhouse on the main resort Royal Solaris. The room was spacious and clean. Very clean actually. The commute is about 30 minutes from all main attractions. Front Fesk staff was very nice. Please ensure when booking transportation you triple check and call prior to arrival. They did not pick us up from the airport.

Our group stayed at Royal Solaris, Cancun to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Edgar was exceptionally amazing; his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for our family. We needed a small private space for a birthday gathering, and not only did the team accommodate us, they provided even more than we expected. Lupita and Alan were also incredible, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our celebration special. Across our seven rooms, every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly, and ready to assist at any moment. Their hospitality was breathtaking and deeply appreciated. The resort gave us a beautiful experience, unforgettable memories, and a celebration that felt complete. We will definitely be visiting again.

Very quite and relaxing resort. Good was great and our bedroom was always clean and tidy. Highly recommend to go with your partner or family.

Had an amazing time at Grand Fiesta Coral. Place is super clean and staff is very friendly. Only downside. Im on vacation and pool bars and lobby bars dont open till 11-12. Now I normally dont drink that early but on vacation I certainly like too.

Really like the service and staff very traditional also the Asian restaurant was really good. The rooms were clean. It was a nice family environment.

We had a blast here, Fernando was so welcoming as well as the other staff!
