North Scottsdale Kid friendly Holidays

Rooms were very quiet…pools are very nice …more of a relaxing experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely stay here again.

At first, we were given a dirty room in poor condition; a little later, we were moved to another room where the air conditioning wasn't working properly, making it very hot. We asked for fans because we didn't want to move again, but then the power went out in our room area for several hours; the A/C unit was running but not cooling at all. Honestly, it was one of my worst experiences. However, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service, and they offered a discount to compensate for the inconvenience. I thought the public areas were excellent, though I do feel the bar and restaurant areas need better climate control, given that the Arizona heat is extreme at this time of year.
