The property was conveniently located to visit Colmar and the Alsace villages. The rooms all have air-conditioning although the weather was not too warm when we visited. The indoor pool was a plus for my little one and the sauna for me and my wife after a whole day of sightseeing.

This hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel, but it’s really a budget hotel. It’s maybe a 3-star at best. Probably in reality it’s a 2 and a half star. The towels in our bathroom were stained so we asked for new ones. The shower had no walls, it was just the corner of the bathroom with a dirty old stained shower curtain to surround you. (My wife said it may have been a handicapped bathroom, but I am unaware). Even the amenities weren’t really accessible. The gym opens at 9:30am, so I found a gym down the street to use in the morning. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that isnt cheap, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere for a better option.

A very friendly hotel in a nice location. We were lucky enough to have a balcony with a great view of the village and the castle. Unfortunately the hotel car park was full when we arrived at about 5pm so we had to park on the side of the road behind the hotel, though not ideal, it was fine. It was very hot while we were there and there is no air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room.

Clean room with aircon, good location with parking.
