Excellent place to stay for a day or a week. Very quiet, clean with everything one may need. Just a few minutes away from downtown Colmar and a nearby supermarket. A little gem !

Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too.

Well-located & Practical, Full Spacious Units

Situated at the banks of the Fecht, this property offers larger units for families. Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). Good location to explore Haut-Rhin & Colmar region from.

This was a clean safe place to stay. The sofa bed however required a mattress to sleep on. It was very thin.

Not so dog friendly. The hotel advertises pet friendly, but our experience was that dogs were not allowed into either restaurant on site, so we had to go out to eat. Not ideal after a five hour drive & one of the reasons we chose to stay.

Très bon séjour dans cet appart'hôtel ! L'accueil était excellent : personnel très gentil, toujours souriant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était bon et copieux, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée. Le cadre est agréable, entouré de verdure, ce qui rend le lieu très reposant. Petit bémol : les meubles ne sont pas toujours bien adaptés à la taille de la pièce, ce qui peut gêner un peu la circulation. Mais dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience.

Ferienanlage mit Appartments. Etwas außerhalb von Colmar, Stadtzentrum gut zu erreichen (mit dem Fahrrad, ca 5km) Nespresso Maschine vor Ort, leider keine Kapseln (sollte bei dem Preis inklusive sein)

quelques jours à Colmar

Studio agréable et propre , bien entretenu avec tout le confort nécéssaire . Très bonne literie . Studio bien situé à côté de Colmar et proche de la route des vins . J'y ai logé pendant une période pas trop touristique en mai 2025 , en dehors des WE avec "ponts" . C'était calme le soir apres 23h .Parking gratuit un peu juste même à cette période .Places occupées par les clients du restaurant?

Habitués a venir séjourner au moins deux fois par an, assez déçus de la piscine a laquelle nous avons accès. Certes, chacun doit tenir compte des recommandations ( interdiction plonger sauter glisser courir etc..) cependant nous avons été eclaboussés par des ados mal élevés qui tombaient ds l'eau en faisant des pirouettes arrière et en monopolisant une partie de piscine et en revenant de la douche, qui n'étaient rincés s'amusaient à glisser de la fin de douche sur le carrelage du bord de la piscine et devaient également du savon ds l'eau du coup. Je ne suis pas maniéré mais qd on doit respecter les règles on les respecte. Il devrait y avoir a plusieurs moments un personnel venant vérifier. C'est triste a dire mais cela rendrait le séjour moins énervant.....

Belle résidence, un accueil bien à mon arrivée. juste un couac avec l'acceuil du petit dèjeuner le premier jour. Un homme pas très sympa, qui qui m'interpelle comme si j'avais commis un crime, pas un bpnjour, juste une remarque désobligeante. Et quel crime, je ne suis pas passé par l'acceuil pour m'annoncer je pensais qu'il fallait s'annocer dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Bref, je ne suis plus jamais retourné y déjenuer.

Mycket nöjda!

Bekvämt rent och fint boende för oss som barnfamilj. Mycket smidig incheckning och trevlig personal. Paketiska små lägenheter med det man behövde. Härligt område. Utemiljön hade kunnat vara finare och lekområdet för barn behöver uppdateras. Annars mycket nöjda. Vi återkommer gärna!
