Greater Antilles Kid friendly Holidays

The staff were friendly and helpful and made our wedding anniversary the best we could ask for!

We had a great vacation overall. The resort is huge, with lots to explore and amazing entertainment for kids. The staff were generally incredibly kind, helpful and engaging. The restaurants were a highlight! We especially loved Il Paradiso, Nomad, the Steakhouse and La Gourmet — everything was delicious and the staff were wonderful. The signature ONEIRO show was an absolute masterpiece and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Our cleaning lady was also lovely and did a great job. The rooms, however, definitely need renovation. Our TV didn’t work properly and wouldn’t turn off, the sink only had steaming hot water, and the minibar cabinet door was broken. The bedding also didn’t seem to be washed very well. Most of these things were minor to us, but the biggest issue was the cockroaches. I saw multiple cockroaches in our room almost every evening, which was extremely unpleasant and really affected my impression of the resort. We also had a disappointing experience with a staff member at Circus. She first offered us a reservation slot and then refused to book it. Later, when my child spilled juice on the patio, I politely asked her for napkins to clean it myself, and she sent me across the street to get them. Overall, a wonderful family resort with fantastic food and entertainment, but the room condition and especially the cockroach issue really need attention.
