"First impression in reception was a let down. Staff member checking is in told us about a recent power outage and that the lift was no working. He sniggered with an “oh and your on the 3rd floor” Disappointed that no bar or restaurant. We had great food in Pint & Fork across the road. The room was good and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Did not try complementary breakfast as we just wanted to get out of there and we grabbed breakfast in Tim Hortons."
