Room was clean and roomy. Cleaniñg staff polite and helpful. Brought me a fan for the hot room.lounge room great place to meet others . Location is Super Great!!! Your 5 minutes away from the main Cathedral in city centre.......you can walk almost anywhere. Lots of places to eat or just just outside at a patio. Would go back.

Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. At other times when I asked questions to the front desk about directions or where a souvenir shop it they were super unhelpful and indifferent.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I booked a Superior Room with the spa package because we were expecting a rainy morning and wanted to relax at the hotel’s spa. Unfortunately, it was never made clear during the booking process that access to the spa was subject to availability. Had I known that, I would never have paid extra for the package. We checked in before 9:00 p.m. and were told the only available spa time was 30 minutes at 7:00 a.m. The whole point of booking the package was to enjoy a relaxing spa experience, not squeeze into an inconvenient 30-minute slot. The check-in experience was equally disappointing. While assisting us, the concierge walked away in the middle of the check-in process without saying a word. When he returned, he simply complained to himself about how busy he was, without apologizing or acknowledging that he had left us waiting. It came across as unprofessional and discourteous. We were also told that the restaurant’s last call was in 15 minutes because the chef was about to leave. However, once we rushed to the restaurant, we were informed that even if we ordered immediately, the food wouldn’t arrive for approximately 90 minutes. That was incredibly frustrating and contradictory. Even small details reflected a lack of attention. Staff couldn’t explain how to operate the wall lights illuminating the artwork in the room. It was very nice and air-conditioned room. Sofa bed was too short and no linen was available.

This is bang in the centre of town, close to restaurants, sights. Everything is within walking distance. The lady gave me clear instructions on how to access the building and my room as there's usually no-one in reception. She was very helpful when i was looking at train times to Traki castle. The room is very simple, had a kettle, some tea sachets. The shower had instant hot water (great as i usually have to wait for it to heat up). I did have breakfast once which was rye bread, salmon, little mozzarella balls, yohurt with muesli/nuts and coffee. It shares the front door with a Japanese restaurant and theres a constant smell of old fried oil in the air which i disliked. It would be great to have some candles or pot pouri to offset the smell.
