The room itself was acceptable, but there were a few frustrating issues. The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and would go out for long periods of time. The biggest issue was checkout. Instead of simply leaving a card on file and being charged for any minibar items afterward, they required someone to physically inspect the room before I could leave. That delay caused me to miss my Bolt ride. I had one snack from the minibar after arriving late, which I expected to be expensive, but at checkout they also tried to charge me for a juice I didn’t remember having. At that point, since I had already missed one ride, I just paid it rather than argue. In the end, I paid about $19 for one bag of snacks, which felt excessive even by hotel minibar standards. Overall, the stay was fine for a single night, but the unreliable Wi-Fi, checkout process, and minibar charges would keep me from staying again.

Great hotel in the very heart of Tbilisi.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof terrace has great views of the church opposite and the city. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for 2 weeks as a couple, very enjoyable everyday. When needed we were always given fresh towels, tissues, and amenities. Water was only cold once the entire trip, so I don’t believe it is a normal problem. Room was clean, and well furnished. Staff was nice and helpful as a foreigner, especially compared to the other hospitality options.

everything amazing but Kate at reception left the most sour taste. watching her interact with other customers and being very condescending about the cleaning staff was disgusting. lying to embarrass and no professional service. her lack of brain thought i wouldn’t understand georgian, and she said rude things about me to her colleague right in front of my face. everyone else amazing but simply because of 3 different interactions specifically with Kate and witnessing her interacting with another family on vacation, im sure she isn’t trained or kind or anything that orion wants to represent. will continue to stay at episode hotel as i used to before. do not ever want to see kate again lol
