This hotel was amazing to stay at, I really liked how they treat their customers with respect and kindness anything we needed they offered to help. I would definitely stay there again

Hotel is nice, clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday, yummy breakfast with lots of choices of breads, bagels, eggs scrambled and sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt. Or you can order an Omelet. We had a group of 5 couples traveling and we got the ugliest view room of them all. Even though I bought a room with sofa and they didn’t. The view out out the window was just 3 brick walls very close to us, felt like we’re in some closet. But everything else is great, recommend the place but would ask for better view room.

Stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout our stay. Loved the relaxed vibe and casual style from the staff because it made the hotel feel comfortable instead of overly formal. The rooftop bar was next level with incredible views of the river and the Brooklyn Bridge. Very happy with our stay overall and would definitely come back.

Great experience clean room

Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast. Hotel bar was nice and the food was good. Bartender was great. Rooms were comfortable.

Perfect location and clean environment

Lovely hotel,staff, and service. Butler upon arrival in room was a nice unexpected touch. Although had no use for it on this trip, free car service on certain hours is also a nice amenity!
