First and foremost, pay attention to their uncompromising cancellation and change policy! They do not budge. Also, the "no outside food" policy is ridiculous. While you can easily go to other restaurants outside of the grounds, (which are substantially cheaper!) The pricing for drinks and most food is "resort" pricing and rather skewed for the area. We actually had two rooms, the first during a business conference and the second because we stayed longer for a holiday. The first room over looked a disastrous construction project going on at the hotel because rooms were in short supply and construction didn't stop until 22:00 and security lighting was on all night. The second room was better, but the bath was dirty with soap scum on the tub fixtures and obvious mold in the corners. The most distressing thing though was the fact that the cleaning staff cleaned the coffee mugs in the room using hand soap from the bathroom. I know this because I discreetly marked the mugs to see if they were changed and the "cleaned" mugs smelled exactly like the scent of the bathroom hand soap. There were some positives, most of the staff was pleasant, the food was good with a large selection and my wife enjoyed the spa offerings. The pool area was well kept and quite nice. I just wish they didn't spray for mosquitoes at dusk everyday while we were out at the pool.

Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible.

The stay was very nice . But is far from the city area if you’re looking for hide out and chill spot it’s an excellent option. The Breakfast was very good lot of choices & specially the Restaurant staff was great

Had great time, though it was off season resort has many activities. We been there for 2 nights it would have been good if we came at right season as it is mansoon all the beach activities are closed. Would definitely recommend this resort but come any time from Oct if looking for beach activities, during mansoon time it will be more of relaxation. The staff were very helpful. Special thanks to chef’s, cater according to our special needs

Rooms were a bit old but well maintained. Restaurant manager was a bit rude. No communication during breakfast if we have breakfast included package.

Overall, we had a good stay at The Zuri White Sands, Goa Resort & Casino. The property is beautiful, the staff members were consistently friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. We also had dinner at the coffee shop café, which was very good. We tried the Japanese restaurant as well. While the ambiance was elegant and the service was excellent, we felt the food did not meet our expectations given the price. The only disappointing part of our stay was the condition of some of the room amenities. The comb provided in the room appeared to have been previously used, as it had hair in it despite being sealed in Zuri-branded packaging. That was unexpected and raised concerns about hygiene. Similarly, the slippers appeared dirty upon opening even though they were packaged to look new. I hope the hotel reviews its housekeeping and amenity packaging process, as this did not match the otherwise high standards of the resort. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the warm hospitality of the staff, which made our stay enjoyable overall.

It's a perfect resort, everything including the room, property, service, staff and the entire team is flawless. Really exemplary of how a 5 star resort should be run. Will definitely stay here again.
