I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back.

We had a connecting room and our neighbours were very noisy. Great hotel, amazing staff and breakfast was excellent. Just make sure you don’t have an adjoining room. We stayed in 163. Apart from noise bed was comfy and Aircon worked very well. But 3 stars as it took 2 hrs to sleep due to the noise.
